New Display Village Confirmed for Peet's new Point Cook Community
Three of Victoria’s leading homebuilders will work with Peet Limited to create an exciting new display village at Peet’s newest community – Kingsford at Point Cook.
The national property group has received the green light from the City of Wyndham to begin development of the Kingsford Display Village, which will showcase 12 quality homes from Porter Davis, Long Island Homes and Metricon.
Peet Limited Managing Director and CEO Brendan Gore said the Company is pleased to again be working with such quality builders.
Located on Sneydes Road, the Kingsford Display Village will provide homebuyers with a convenient way to find their ideal homesite, and then select a home design to suit.
Mr Gore said the home designs showcased at the new display village will present a range of options carefully selected to suit the homesites on offer and the future Kingsford community.
“Kingsford has been carefully master planned to meet the needs of future residents, and will provide a modern and secure living environment” explained Mr Gore.
“Future-ready telecommunications infrastructure will be available at the outset, which means residents will have access to a state-of-the-art internet, telephone and television services through Telstra’s Smart Communities fibre-to-the-home technology.
Construction of the display village is expected to get underway this winter, ahead of the first public land sales later this year.
