If you’ve been thinking about building in or around the Swan Valley, you’re not alone. Bullsbrook, nestled on the edge of the Swan Valley, is set to enjoy a population surge, with experts predicting its current population of 5,600 will grow to more than 20,500 residents by 2036.

The 24 lots in Stage One of Kingsford have just been released. Located near Chittering Road and the picturesque Ki-It Monger Brook, they start at just $145,000, and range in price up to $269,000. Sizes range from 315sqm up to 655sqm in this first stage, with future releases expected to include lots of up to 4000m².
Stage One comes with a Flying Start package, which includes a $10,000 backyard package in addition to side and rear fencing, front yard landscaping and a solar power package.

About 2500 homesites will be developed on 250 hectares at Kingsford over the next 15 years.
