A major project is underway to extend Stock Road, bringing Kingsford at Bullsbrook even closer to popular shopping and entertainment centres, Perth Airport and the Perth CBD.

Instead of being a no-through road, Stock Road is being upgraded this year to become a 4.3km-long single carriageway connector road linking Great Northern Highway with the newly opened Tonkin Highway.

Not only will the new transport link enable heavy haulage and oversize trucks to bypass the town, but it will also significantly cut travel times for Bullsbrook residents.

Already a well-connected address, Kingsford at Bullsbrook is just 10 mins from Ellenbrook, 20 minutes from Midland, 25 minutes from Perth Airport, 30 minutes from Joondalup and 40 minutes from the Perth CBD.

Boosting connectivity even further, the Stock Road extension will also open up significant opportunities for commercial and industrial developments, leading to increased economic potential and job growth in the area.

Residents of Kingsford at Bullsbrook may be surrounded by the natural beauty of the Perth foothills, but they’re also in one of Perth’s most promising growth corridors.

No longer a sleepy country town, Bullsbrook is fast becoming a thriving urban community and new property hotspot in Perth’s north-east corridor.

The proposed Metronet passenger rail line has the potential to offer residents additional public transport options into the Perth CBD and other key destinations, and there are plans for a road-rail intermodal terminal within Bullsbrook that’s already attracting significant investment in the area from companies such as freight-forwarder Linfox.

The Northern Gateway and South Bullsbrook industrial precinct have the potential to generate 25,000 local jobs, while the new Kingsford Town Centre will provide further job opportunities, shops and services.

There are plenty of established amenities on the doorstep too.

Not only are all the attractions of the Swan Valley just minutes away, but Kingsford is also within walking distance of all the existing facilities Bullsbrook has to offer, including a new multi-million-dollar community centre, local shopping facilities, primary and high school, sports facilities and commercial services.
