Reason #8: Back to nature

Reason #8: Back to nature
29 June 2021

If you’ve been itching for a big backyard and a closer connection to nature, chances are you’re dreaming of a tree change.

From the spectacular backdrop of the Darling Scarp, to the established tree canopies full of bird songs.  To the tree lined streetscapes, walking paths, and the manicured parks. Everything at Kingsford echoes the sense of peace and relaxation tree-changers seek.

With many homebuyers reassessing their priorities over the past year or so, the tree-change movement is alive and well in Kingsford.

With the picturesque Ki-it Monger Brook winding through the Bullsbrook estate and an elevated position within the rural hinterland, Kingsford brings you back to nature.

But it hasn’t happened by accident.

We worked with the design experts at Robert’s Day and the landscape architects at Emerge Associates to bring our vision for Kingsford to life.

The brief was to create a place that would empower people to love where they live and encourage a real sense of community to flourish.

Nature was the biggest design inspiration.

At Kingsford you’re surrounded by natural beauty, plus you have all the lifestyle benefits and facilities you’re looking for when building a new home.

There’s a sense of endless space, from the shared community areas to the larger-than-average block sizes, the popular onsite Tailwinds café, plus school and sporting facilities all on the doorstep.

Getting back to nature. It’s #8 on our list of Top 10 Reasons to Live at Kingsford.
