When it has to be perfect!

Conor and Amy knew they had a long list of requirements for finding the perfect place to build their first home together.

But the young couple wasn't willing to settle for second best when it came to investing in their future.

“It was tricky because we wanted to live within an established community and build a brand-new home, but also wanted plenty of space and to be close to nature,” said Conor.

“Unfortunately, most available land for sale in Perth was in estates with small blocks and identical houses.

“That’s why the combination of Kingsford at Bullsbrook’s natural features and future urban development grabbed our attention,” he said.

With Conor working South of the River and Amy working North of the River, proximity to convenient transport links was critical.

“The Tonkin Highway extension was another winner for us,” said Amy.

“It was the final sign that Kingsford was the right place for us.”

Discovering the land for sale in Bullsbrook with the new master-planned community being created at Kingsford at Bullsbrook was also timely.

Conor and Amy qualified for both the State and Federal Government building stimulus grants and the First Home Owners Scheme, which meant they could immediately start planning their dream home design with Homegroup WA.

“It’s really important to us to build a house that is a home,” said Conor.

“We want it to feel homey, but also having modern touches to make it our own.”

There is one more reason Conor and Amy love their new address - their two retired track horses, Otis and Snickers, are kept at a private property in Bullsbrook.

“I have wanted more opportunities to train and ride them for ages, so now I'll see them a lot more in my free time, which makes me happy,” said Amy.

Conor and Amy are looking forward to becoming Kingsford at Bullsbrook residents in 2021.
