Meet the Neighbours

With more residents moving into their dream homes at Kingsford at Bullsbrook, the team at Okeland Communities thought it was time to introduce residents to their new neighbours.

So on a balmy summer' evening, we took over the expansive timber deck at the Kingsford Sales Office and hosted our first Meet your Neighbours sundowner.

Although most of the 30 land for sale in Perth home purchasers who came along are yet to move in, the opportunity to meet the first lucky residents already living in the estate and future neighbours proved a huge hit.

A mouth-watering array of food created by the team at Tailwinds Café and cold beverages served by The Little Bar Cart were the perfect ice breakers as couples and families got to know each other.

Conversations covered everything from interior decorating and shared hobbies to the wonderful community spirit that epitomises Bullsbrook.

Our Executive Director Cameron Shepherd, who attended the sundowner, said it is evident there is already a set of shared values among those who will call Kingsford home.

“Everyone I chatted to is excited to be part of a contemporary new residential estate and aspire to belong to a community that is safe, welcoming, and inclusive," he said.

“There is definitely a warmth and a strong sense of family already building at Kingsford.’”
